
Since being admitted to practice law by the Florida Bar in 2013, Jared Chaykin has devoted his practice to representing individuals and families in Florida divorce, paternity, and family law matters.
Jared has represented hundreds of clients, including professionals, executives, business owners, physicians, nurses, and public figures. His practice includes contested divorces and family law matters involving significant financial interests, business ownership, real estate, investments, compensation, support, and parenting issues. His work spans negotiated agreements, uncontested proceedings, and complex litigation and trials. His experience includes matters involving:

Jared was raised in South Florida, having attended John I. Leonard High School., where he graduated at the top of his class and served as captain of his high school swim team.
A "Double 'Cane," Jared obtained from the University of Miami both his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, cum laude, and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude.
After college, Jared taught Language Arts at Polo Park Middle School in Wellington, Florida, before attending law school.
Prior to founding Chaykin Law Group, P.A., Jared interned with the Fair Housing, Foreclosure Defense, Educational Advocacy, and Elder Care Projects of the Palm Beach County Legal Aid Society. Jared also interned with the University of Miami Innocence Project, where he assisted inmates pursue innocence claims. Jared also interned with the 15th Judicial Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida.
